1. Sample policy
All the samples would be charged in advance. and $100 dollar
deposit is required for sample order. Sample quantity is limited
under 3 pieces per design.
The sample deposite will be fully refunded when quantity
order is made for samples' design.

3. Delivery time
All the orders can be delivered within 28 - 45 days after
the order is confirmed.
Products normally deliveried by door to door Air-express
service. e.g. Fexdex, DHL, UPS etc.
4. Payment terms
T/T, 30% deposit, Balance off before shipment.
FOB to ShenZhen/HongKong
5. Damaged and return
Items that have been delivered broken or damaged must be returned
to us within 15 days. Each item must be in its original packing
and with our instructions, otherwise they will be replaced
or credited provide the damaged occurs prior to delivery.
The issuance of replacements and credit notes is a BIGBEN
direction. In the unlikely event that an order is processed
incorrectly in anyway, customer must contact BIGBEN immediately
and provide the full details of the error, the order date,
and the invoice number. BIGBEN will endeavor to rectify the
situation immediately.
6. Quality warranty
If there is any quality problem on our jewelry, it can be
returned to us and your payment can be refunded within 7 days
without any delay after our investigation.
